CAMPOLARGO

White

Type of wine:  Young white.

Grape varieties: Aíren and Macabeo.

Grape harvest: Early September.

Wine making: The must is bled after a short maceration. Fermentation at controlled temperature.

Tasting notes: Pale yellow color with greenish trim. Tasty and balanced, its aromas are reminiscent of citrus fruits and white fruits.

CAMPOLARGO

Rosé

Type of wine: Young Rosé.

Grape variety: Monastrell.

Grape harvest: Early September.

Wine making: The must is taking color and is bled after a short maceration. Fermentation without skins at controlled temperature.

Tasting notes: Cherry red color, aromas reminiscent of red fruits, good structure between acidity and degree.

CAMPOLARGO

Red

Type of wine: Young red.

Grape variety: Monastrell.

Grape harvest: During the month of September.

Wine making: Maceration of grapes with their own skins and temperature controlled fermentation.

Tasting notes: Of an intense cherry color, with notes of red fruits, resulting in a warm and balanced finish.

CAMPOLARGO

Monastrell – Syrah

Type of wine: Young red.

Grape variety: Monastrell 90% and 10% Syrah.

Grape harvest: During the month of September.

Wine making: The must is bled after a short maceration. Temperature controlled fermentation.

Tasting notes: Garnet red color, aromas with balsamic and spicy notes, balanced in acidity, tannin and alcohol, resulting elegant and complex.
