Type of wine: Red Reserve.
Grape variety: Monastrell.
Grape harvest: Mid October.
Wine making: The must is bled after a maceration with skins in which all the coloring matter is extracted. Its fermentation is carried out at controlled temperature. Once verified its quality, it undergoes a aging process in oak barrels with a minimum of 12 months.
Tasting notes: Cherry cherry color with garnet trim. High aromatic intensity, where balsamic notes of eucalyptus and thyme stand out. The wood integrated with the fruit brings spicy aromas, vanilla and memories of sabina and anise provided by the French oak. In the mouth it presents great volume and structure without giving a sensation of hardness.

Gran Reserva
Type of wine: Gran Reserva.
Grape variety: Monastrell.
Grape harvest: Mid October.
Wine making: The must is bled after a maceration with skins in which all the coloring matter is extracted. Its fermentation is carried out at controlled temperature. Once verified its quality, it undergoes a aging process in oak barrels with a minimum of 24 months.
Tasting notes: Bright ruby red color with light garnet trim and high color coating. On the nose stand candied fruits and nuts, well combined with notes of spices and roasted from their stay in the barrels. In the mouth it is very soft, towards an intense end, structured and of long persistence. Tannin perfectly integrated in wine.
