Grape harvest: Beginning of October.
Wine making: The must is bled after a medium maceration with skins. Its fermentation is carried out at controlled temperature. Once finished, it is selected to initiate aging in oak barrels.
Tasting notes: Ruby color, clean and shiny, medium-high intensity. Aromas to raspberry, blackberry, some cherry and vanilla background. Wine well structured, soft tannins, with notes of licorice and spices.
